Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

By purchasing and attending classes you are agreeing to comply to our following terms and conditions.

When attending classes you must provide the Instructor with the relevant medical and health information.
Medical consent from a Gp is recommended prior to involvement in any new fitness program.
You have the right to choose what exercise you do or do not perform in addition to withdrawing from any exercise at any time and it is the clients responsibility to take care of their health.
You waive any responsibility to Reform Pilates Studio and its instructors if the possibility of personal injury arises and assume personal responsibility.
You will not attend the studio if you have a medical condition that could be contagious and affect others attending the studio.
The Instructor has the right to ask any client to leave, or refuse attendance to a session if they feel they may be putting others at risk.
The Instructor is not a medical health provider and is offering exercise only, any advice pertaining to medical health should be discussed with your medical provider.
The studio has the right to make changes to apply to government rules without notice. This may include hygiene issues, class numbers and cancellations.
As we are located on a private residential property, there is no parking onsite, there is plenty of street parking available.
Please wait outside the studio before the start of your session, and keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb private residents.

MATWORK

Classes are booked by the term. You secure your position in the class for the time of that term only.
Booking is only finalised with full payment.
Clients can only attend sessions if the full balance has been paid.
If a client misses a class the class is forfeited
Subject to availability up to 1 make up class may be offered during the term of classes you are booked in for.
Class credit does not transfer between terms and is only valid for the term that you are booked.
If your Instructor cannot attend a session Reform Pilates Studio they will try and find a teacher to cover the class
If a class is covered by an alternative teacher you will not be offered a refund.
If the class is cancelled then you will be offered a refund of the session or credit deducted from your next booking.
Classes may be refunded only if a provided a medical note from a Gp. (Unused classes only)
Refunds in the case of a medical note must applied for within an 8 week period from your last Pilates session.
A $15 administration fee will apply to any refunds given that are not due to studio cancellation.
Matwork clients cannot not used the studio equipment unless advised to by the Instructor.
Matwork session bookings are not transferable for studio sessions.

STUDIO

1.Classes are booked in 5 or 10 class passes.

2. 5 class passes are valid for 7 weeks only, starting from the first session they are used.

3.10 class passes are valid for 14 weeks only, starting from the first session they are used

4.If available and desired clients with class passes will be offered a 'permanent' time slot that they will be booked into, this have first choice of this session.

5.This space is held only whilst in credit, if you are out of credit your space will not be held

5.Clients can cancel a session up to 12 hours before the booked session time.

6.Any cancellations after 12hrs will forfeit the cost of the class that was booked.

7.If your Instructor cannot attend a session Reform Pilates Studio they will try and find a teacher to cover the class

8.If a class is covered by an alternative teacher you will not be offered a refund.

9.If the class is cancelled then you will be offered a refund of the session or credit deducted from your next booking.

10.Classes may be refunded only if a provided a medical note from a Gp. Please note this is only for unused classes and does not apply to previously missed sessions or late cancellations.

11.Refunds in the case of a medical note must applied for within an 8 week period from your last Pilate

12.A $15 administration fee will apply to any refunds given that are not due to studio cancellation.

13.Class passes can be used multiple times a week.

14.Studio class passes are not transferable for matwork sessions.
