Over 50's Pilates 

A tailored class for those over 50 to help you discover that at any age, you can feel healthy and fit when you exercise with full awareness of your body’s changing nature.  These classes are carefully designed to minimise stress on the body yet provide a stimulating workout.

 

In theses classes we focus on -

- strength-building exercises that are easy on joints

- full range-of-motion movements that increase joint mobility

- Individual modifications of exercises taught for your personal needs​

-movement sequences that improve balance and posture

-bone health and strength

Seniors Pilates for Over 50's.  Exercise for balance, fall prevention and osteoporosis

Senior Card Holder Prices Available 

All matwork classes run booked as a 10 week term.

Maximum 5 participants per session
